Sec. 3906.060. INITIAL DIRECTORS. (a) Not later than the 60th day after the effective date of the Act enacting this chapter, the governing body of the city shall appoint an initial board of five directors.
(b) At least three of the initial directors must:
(1) reside in the district;
(2) own land in the district; or
(3) be an agent of a person who owns land in the district.
(c) The terms of two initial directors expire June 1, 2013, and the terms of three initial directors expire June 1, 2015.
(d) This section expires September 1, 2015.
