Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 3908.055 Initial Voting Directors

Sec. 3908.055. INITIAL VOTING DIRECTORS. (a) The mayor and members of the governing body of the city shall appoint initial voting directors by position in accordance with Section 3908.052.

(b) Of the initial directors, the terms of directors appointed for positions 1 through 5 expire June 1, 2015, and the terms of directors appointed for positions 6 through 11 expire June 1, 2017.

(c) This section expires September 1, 2017.
