Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 3915.106 Law Enforcement Services

Sec. 3915.106. LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES. To protect the public interest, the district may contract with a qualified party, including the county or the city, to provide law enforcement services in the district for a fee.
