Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 3918.001 Definitions

Sec. 3918.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.

(2) "City" means the City of Aubrey.

(3) "County" means Denton County.

(4) "Director" means a board member.

(5) "District" means the Comanche Municipal Management District No. 1.
