Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 3924.001 Definitions

Sec. 3924.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.

(2) "City" means the City of Austin.

(3) "County" means Travis County.

(4) "Director" means a board member.

(5) "District" means the Onion Creek Metro Park District.
