Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 3934.155 Tax And Assessment Abatements

Sec. 3934.155. TAX AND ASSESSMENT ABATEMENTS. The district may designate reinvestment zones and may grant abatements of district taxes or assessments on property in the zones.
