Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 3940.001 Definitions

Sec. 3940.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.

(2) "County" means Montgomery County.

(3) "Director" means a board member.

(4) "District" means the Valley Ranch Medical Center Management District.
