Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 3940.151 Disbursements And Transfers Of Money

Sec. 3940.151. DISBURSEMENTS AND TRANSFERS OF MONEY. The board by resolution shall establish the number of directors' signatures and the procedure required for a disbursement or transfer of district money.
