Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 5003.001 Definitions

Sec. 5003.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of navigation commissioners of the port authority.

(2) "Commissioner" means a board member.

(3) "Port authority" means the Calhoun Port Authority.
