Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 6604.001 Definitions

Sec. 6604.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) "Commissioners court" means the Commissioners Court of Fort Bend County.

(2) "District" means the Fort Bend County Drainage District.
