Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 6605.001 Definitions

Sec. 6605.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.

(2) "Director" means a member of the board.

(3) "District" means the Brazoria County Drainage District No. 8.
