Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 6902.053 Qualifications For Office

Sec. 6902.053. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE. (a) To be eligible for appointment as a director, a person must be:

(1) a qualified district voter; and

(2) a district resident.

(b) A director is eligible for reappointment.
