Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 6905.154 Permits

Sec. 6905.154. PERMITS. (a) The district may obtain through appropriate proceedings an appropriation permit or a diversion permit from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

(b) The district may acquire water appropriation permits from owners of permits by contract or otherwise.
