Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 6906.001 Definitions

Sec. 6906.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.

(2) "Bond" means a bond or note.

(3) "Director" means a member of the board.

(4) "District" means the Coryell City Water Supply District.
