Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 7804.001 Definitions

Sec. 7804.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district.

(2) "Director" means a board member.

(3) "District" means the Fort Bend County Levee Improvement District No. 19.
