Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 8223.103 Compliance With Municipal Consent Ordinances Or Resolutions

Sec. 8223.103. COMPLIANCE WITH MUNICIPAL CONSENT ORDINANCES OR RESOLUTIONS. The district shall comply with all applicable requirements of any ordinance or resolution adopted by the city council of the City of McKinney.
