Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 8273.051 Composition Of Board; Terms

Sec. 8273.051. COMPOSITION OF BOARD; TERMS. (a) The authority is governed by a board of seven directors elected to numbered places.

(b) Directors serve staggered terms.
