Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 8338.055 Limitation On Use Of Eminent Domain

Sec. 8338.055. LIMITATION ON USE OF EMINENT DOMAIN. The district may not exercise the power of eminent domain outside the district to acquire a site or easement for a road project authorized by Section 8338.053.
