Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 8802.001 Definitions

Sec. 8802.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district.

(2) "District" means the Barton Springs-Edwards Aquifer Conservation District.
