Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 8814.108 Acquisition Of Property

Sec. 8814.108. ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY. The district may acquire land or other property necessary to carry out this chapter by:

(1) gift;

(2) devise;

(3) lease;

(4) purchase; or

(5) condemnation.
