Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 8834.002 Nature Of District

Sec. 8834.002. NATURE OF DISTRICT. The district is:

(1) a conservation and reclamation district created under Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution; and

(2) a political subdivision of the state.
