Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 8845.115 Payment Of Judgments

Sec. 8845.115. PAYMENT OF JUDGMENTS. A court of this state that renders a money judgment against the district may require the board to pay the judgment from money in the district depository that is not dedicated to the payment of any indebtedness of the district.
