Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 8846.051 Composition Of Board; Terms

Sec. 8846.051. COMPOSITION OF BOARD; TERMS. (a) The district is governed by a board of seven directors.

(b) Directors serve staggered four-year terms.

(c) A director may serve consecutive terms.
