Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 8878.112 Sale Or Reuse Of Water Or By-product

Sec. 8878.112. SALE OR REUSE OF WATER OR BY-PRODUCT. The authority may store, sell, or reuse:

(1) water; or

(2) any by-product from the authority's operations.
