Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 9019.052 Qualifications For Office

Sec. 9019.052. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE. A director must be:

(1) at least 18 years of age;

(2) a resident of the state; and

(3) the owner of property subject to taxation in the district.
