Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 9061.154 Payment Of Tax Or Assessment Not Required

Sec. 9061.154. PAYMENT OF TAX OR ASSESSMENT NOT REQUIRED. The district is not required to pay a tax or assessment on:

(1) district property; or

(2) a purchase made by the district.
