Texas Tax Code § 155.2075 Fingerprints

Sec. 155.2075. FINGERPRINTS. The comptroller may refuse to grant a permit or may revoke or suspend a permit if the applicant or permit holder fails, on request, to provide a complete set of fingerprints required for searching the Federal Bureau of Investigation Identification Division files.
