Texas Transportation Code § 252.102 Relationship Of Subchapter To Other Law

Sec. 252.102. RELATIONSHIP OF SUBCHAPTER TO OTHER LAW. If this subchapter conflicts with a general law relating to roads and bridges, this subchapter controls.
