Texas Transportation Code § 391.213 Violation Of Rule; Offense

Sec. 391.213. VIOLATION OF RULE; OFFENSE. (a) A person commits an offense if the person violates a rule adopted under this subchapter.

(b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
