Texas Transportation Code § 452.571 Applicability Of Subchapter

Sec. 452.571. APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER. This subchapter applies only to the board of a subregion that has a principal municipality with a population of more than 1.1 million according to the most recent federal decennial census.
