Sec. 703.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:
(1) "Citation" and "motorist" have the meanings assigned by Article II, Section (b), Nonresident Violator Compact of 1977.
(2) "Department" and "licensing authority" mean the Department of Public Safety.
