Texas Utilities Code § 55.171 Definition

Sec. 55.171. DEFINITION. In this subchapter, "provider" means an entity that provides pay telephone service, including:

(1) an incumbent local exchange company; and

(2) a subscriber to a customer-owned pay telephone service.
