Texas Utilities Code § 60.065 Waivers

Sec. 60.065. WAIVERS. If the commission determines that a waiver is in the public interest, the commission may waive an imputation requirement for a public interest service such as:

(1) 9-1-1 service; or

(2) dual party relay service.
