Texas Utilities Code § 60.210 Access To Services

Sec. 60.210. ACCESS TO SERVICES. A telecommunications provider shall provide access to:

(1) 911 and E-911 service;

(2) directory assistance service to allow other telecommunications providers' customers to obtain telephone numbers; and

(3) operator call completion service.
