Texas Water Code § 16.3221 Criminal Penalty

Sec. 16.3221. CRIMINAL PENALTY. (a) A person commits an offense if the person violates this subchapter.

(b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.

(c) Each violation of this subchapter and each day of a continuing violation is a separate offense.
