Texas Water Code § 17.951 Definitions

Sec. 17.951. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter:

(1) "Fund" means the Texas Water Development Fund II.

(2) "Resolution" means any resolution or order approved by the board authorizing the issuance of water financial assistance bonds.
