Texas Water Code § 20.042 Gifts, Grants, Etc

Sec. 20.042. GIFTS, GRANTS, ETC. The board may request and accept for the authority grants, allocations, subsidies, guaranties, aid, contributions, services, labor, materials, gifts, and donations.
