Sec. 55.364. RIGHTS OF THE UNITED STATES. If the board enters into a contract with the United States, the remedies in this subchapter available to the district also shall apply to enforce payment of charges due to the United States. The Reclamation Extension Act, approved August 13, 1914, and as amended, and all other federal reclamation laws apply. The directors shall distribute and apportion all water acquired by the district under a contract with the United States in accordance with acts of Congress, rules and regulations of the secretary of the interior, and provisions of the contract.
