§ 2.2-1146. Division may lease certain state property; preparation of leases by Attorney General; disposition o...

The Division, with the prior written approval of the Governor, may lease property owned by the Commonwealth and acquired for the development of the state site plan for permanent state office buildings and related structures and facilities lying near the Capitol Square. All such leases shall be prepared by the Attorney General. The leases may run for such time as prescribed by the Governor and shall be for appropriate rental. All rentals received shall be paid into the general fund of the state treasury.
