§ 2.2-613. Agency mandates on localities; assessment

Pursuant to § 15.2-2903, all agencies, as defined in § 2.2-128, shall conduct an assessment of all mandates imposed on local governments administered by the agency to determine which mandates, if any, may be altered or eliminated.
