§ 3.1-381. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Penalty for violation of preceding sections

Any person, firm, corporation or association violating any of the provisions of the preceding sections of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $300.
