§ 3.1-414. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Prosecuting attorney to render legal assistance

It shall be the duty of the prosecuting attorney when called upon by the Commissioner, or by any person by him authorized as aforesaid, to render any legal assistance in his power in proceeding under the foregoing provisions of this article.
