§ 3.1-538. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Sampling to determine butterfat by composite tests
In sampling milk or cream from which composite tests are to be made to determine the per centum of butterfat contained therein, no such sample or sampling shall be lawful unless a sample be taken from each weighing, and the quantity thus used shall be proportioned to the total weight of the milk or cream tested.
