§ 3.1-647. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Definitions

As used in this chapter:

"Board" means the Virginia Peanut Board.

"Commission" means the Virginia Peanut Board.

"Processor" means persons, individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, associations, cooperatives, and any and all other business units, devices and arrangements who clean, shell or crush peanuts.
