§ 3.1-690.1. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Regulations

The Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services may (i) adopt any marketing agreement approved by federal officials under the federal Agricultural Adjustment Act or acts amendatory thereto and similar acts of Congress and (ii) promulgate any regulation necessary for the implementation or enforcement of this article.
