§ 3.1-838. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Use of information acquired by Commissioner or employees of De...

The Commissioner or any employee of the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services shall not use or reveal information acquired under §§ 3.1-834 and 3.1-835 except in the enforcement of this chapter, or to the courts, when relevant in any judicial proceeding.
