§ 3.1-990. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Penalty for violation of chapter

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant thereto for which no specific penalty has been provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine in any amount not less than $50 or more than $100.
