§ 6.1-194.73. General supervisory powers of Commissioner
The Commissioner shall have general supervision over all state associations and foreign savings institutions transacting business in the Commonwealth, savings institution holding companies whose principal place of business is located in the Commonwealth, service corporations the principal offices of which are located in the Commonwealth or which are owned or controlled by one or more state associations, and any other persons which are subject to the provisions of this chapter.
