§ 6.1-194.9. Formation of state savings and loan associations

A stock savings and loan association may be incorporated as provided in the Virginia Stock Corporation Act (§ 13.1-601 et seq.). A mutual savings and loan association may be incorporated as provided in the Virginia Nonstock Corporation Act (§ 13.1-801 et seq.).
