§ 6.1-237.5. Rules and regulations

The Commission shall promulgate such rules and regulations as it deems appropriate to effect the purposes of this chapter. Before promulgating any such rule or regulation, the Commission shall give reasonable notice of its content and shall afford interested parties an opportunity to be heard.
